Chris Fender Black
& Black Cat
C'mon Everybody Show |
| |
This is a great show if you can get tickets early enough, look out for it at a venue near you! Black Cat consists of Chris Fender Black on lead '62 Fender guitar, his daughter Claire on matching base '62 Fender' guitar, Ricky Bainbridge on sax and keyboard, Dixie Dave Thorncroft on sax, and Dave Manning on drums.

Chris Fender Black & Black Cat
Rebel rousing start to the show with some Duane Eddy, played with the class that only Chris and the band can put to it, this is mixed in, throughout the show, with some Chuck Berry for good measure.

Lee Mason as Eddie Cochran
First of the 'guests' on the stage with quite a few Cochran numbers interspersed throughout the show, including the namesake of the show, C'mon Everybody. He also does a quick change slot, see Buddy Holly below. |

Dave Taylor as Jerry-Lee-Lewis
Dave is well enough known on the scene to need no introduction. He brings a bit of solid, rockin' piano to the show, and bangs out some good old Jerry-Lee numbers. |
Suzie Jari as Connie Francis
We hate to say this boys but the girls tend to steal the show, some excellent Connie Francis numbers, played with real style.

Lee Mason as Buddy Holly
Lee comes out in his second guise as Buddy Holly, and keeps the songs coming, with some quick changes thrown in for good measure.
Melanie Davies as Brenda Lee
As with Suzie (above) a great authentic sound, from two great ladies.
